WARRANTY
- From the date of purchase, items have a 1-month (30-day) warranty.
- The customer must immediately report any defect or damage to the swimsuit via WhatsApp or Instagram.
- If Mualí company confirms that the garment has manufacturing defects, it will cover the shipping/delivery costs and the item will be repaired.
- Avoid applying hair lighteners as they may affect the garment's color.
RETURN
- All purchases are non-refundable. Please refer to the size guides or contact us for personalized assistance.
- If you wish to exchange the size or color, the item must be in perfect condition, without the sanitary sticker, in its original packaging, neatly folded, and with no signs of use.
- Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
No discounted items can be returned or exchanged.
